1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required. There are no hidden fees or surcharges for international delivery.
3. Delivery Time Estimates
After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
Most destinations: 7–15 business days
Remote or rural areas: May take 15–20 business days
Please note: These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, pandemics). We will do our best to keep you updated.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and value-added taxes (VAT) levied by your country’s customs office.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.

We will declare the full value of the product on customs forms as required by law. We do not mark items as “gifts” or undervalue products.
6. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. You may be charged additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first.
If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, offer a replacement or refund.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked “delivered” by the carrier.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship to most countries worldwide. However, there may be restrictions for certain remote regions or countries with strict customs regulations. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you within 2 business days and issue a full refund.
