At Luminaraluxstore , customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our luxury handbags, shoes, and apparel. This Refund Policy explains your rights and obligations when requesting a refund, return, or exchange.
1. Returns Due to Damage or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged (e.g., torn, broken, stained) or incorrect (wrong color, size, or model), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Returns Due to Change of Mind
If you simply change your mind or no longer wish to keep the product, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original packaging (box, dust bag, authenticity cards, tags) must be intact.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
We do not refund original shipping charges (if any – but we offer free shipping, so this does not apply).

Note: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
4. Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or model, we recommend returning the original item (following the change-of-mind process above) and placing a new order. This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible. We do not offer direct exchanges unless the error was on our part (see Section 1).
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked on product page).
Customized or personalized products (e.g., monogrammed bags).
Products purchased more than 7 days after delivery (unless they are defective – please contact us anyway).
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 14 business days:
